- 1. Hydrographic Surveyor
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / M.Sc. in Maths/Physics / Associate Member of Surveyors (India, Hydrography).
- Experience: 5 years in dredging supervision.
- Skills: Hydrographic survey supervision, Capital/Maintenance dredging, PDS2000/Hypack, modern survey equipment.
- 2. Manager – Dredge Master (MOT Grade I/II)
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Master Certificate from National Maritime Authorities.
- Experience: 5 years as Dredge Master.
- Skills: DDR/DLM verification, project execution, Hydrographic Survey software knowledge, dredging supervision.
- 3. Financial Expert
- Qualification: C.A. / I.C.W.A. / C.F.A / MBA (Finance).
- Experience: 3 years in construction/dredging projects.
- Skills: Tender/invoice scrutiny, running account bills, GST & commercial knowledge.
