Eligibility Criteria
- 1. Head FPI&IC (Position 101):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with M.Tech/MS in Design from a recognized university/institution.
- Project Management certification is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 25 years for Executive Director (Gr X) or 21 years for Chief General Manager (Gr IX).
- Must have at least 5 years of cumulative post-qualification experience in the last 12 years at a senior level in Engineering Design and Research.
- Should have led a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists in an organization with a turnover of over ₹1,000 Cr.
- 2. Assistant General Manager – Maritime Business (Position 102):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Naval Architecture Engineering.
- Marine Engineering qualification or postgraduate degree/diploma in technology/management is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 13 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Desirable: Retired Navy personnel (Commander or equivalent) from the Coast Guard.
- 3. Assistant Manager – Design Aerospace (Position 103):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in the Aerospace domain.
- Mandatory: Project Management with Design & Development skill sets and hands-on Catia V5 experience.
- 4. Manager – Aerospace Electrical (Position 104):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in the Aerospace domain.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in electrical system design and preparation of circuit diagrams.
- 5. Assistant Manager/Manager – Analysis Aerospace (Position 105):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4 years for Assistant Manager or 8 years for Manager in Aerospace domain.
- Mandatory: Hypermesh & Nastran (or equivalent) experience for Analysis role.
- 6. Engineer/Assistant Manager – Planning Aerospace (Position 106):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience: 2 years (Engineer Gr II) or 4 years (Assistant Manager Gr III).
- Mandatory: Knowledge of engineering drawings, machining, sheet metal forming, material processes, BOM creation, ISO 9001/ASQMS/AS9100D, and experience in CAD, SAP, and planning activities.
- 7. Engineer/Assistant Manager – Production Aerospace (Position 107):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience: 2 years (Engineer Gr II) or 4 years (Assistant Manager Gr III) in Mechanical/Aerospace industry.
- Mandatory: Knowledge of engineering drawings, machining, sheet metal, materials & processes, inspection, tooling, and experience in welding, CNC programming, assembly, heat/surface treatment, and Quality Management Systems.
- 8. Engineer – Mechanical Commuter Rail (Position 108):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Rolling Stock Maintenance.
- 9. Engineer – Electrical Commuter Rail (Position 109):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Rolling Stock Maintenance.
- Additional Instructions:
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
