Eligibility Criteria

Grade A (Assistant Manager)

  • Generalist (31 posts): Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree or diploma in any discipline, or qualifications such as LLB, integrated BA + LLB (5-year), CA, CS, CMA, or B.Tech/B.E. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in an officer cadre role in Banks, Financial Institutions, Government organizations, PSUs, or reputed companies is required.
  • Environment & Social Safeguard (2 posts): Applicants should have an Engineering degree or a postgraduate degree/diploma in Environmental Management/Environmental Sciences, or a postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or Economics, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Grade B (Manager)

  • Generalist (2 posts): Candidates must meet the same educational qualifications as mentioned above, along with a total of 7 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in relevant areas, in an officer or executive role within the financial sector, banks, PSUs, or reputed corporates.
  • Environment & Social Safeguard (2 posts): Applicants should have the same qualifications as above, with a minimum of 7 years of overall experience, specifically in areas such as environmental and social impact assessments, safeguard documentation, and management planning.

Note: Only full-time regular courses from institutions recognized by UGC/AICTE are considered valid. Candidates must possess their final marksheets and degree certificates as of the date of registration.

Once submitted, the application cannot be withdrawn. The application fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances and cannot be carried forward for any other examination, interview, or selection process. No refund will be provided even if the application is rejected or not considered by IIFCL.

Any applicable transaction charges must be borne by the candidate. Candidates are also responsible for paying the applicable GST on the application fee or intimation charges. Applications submitted without the required fee or intimation charges will be rejected outright. The fee must be paid strictly through the mode specified in the official advertisement.

Mode Of Selection 
Phase I: Online Examination (Objective) – 200 Marks
Test I (100 marks | 60 minutes): Covers Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, and Current Affairs related to the financial sector.
Test II (100 marks | 60 minutes): Focuses on domain knowledge, including Project Finance, Banking, Risk Management, and guidelines of RBI/SEBI, among others.
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Phase II: Interview (Technical + Behavioural) – 100 Marks
