Eligibility Criteria
- Registrar (Level-14):
- Candidates must hold a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. They should have either 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor (Level-11 or above), or 8 years in Level-12 or above (including experience as an Associate Professor with administrative responsibilities), or equivalent experience in research institutions/higher education. Alternatively, 15 years of administrative experience is required, including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or a similar post. The appointment is on direct recruitment or deputation for 5 years or until the age of 62, whichever comes first. For deputation, candidates must hold a similar post or have 8 years of service in Level-12.
- Assistant Registrar (Level-10):
- A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks is required. Selection will be through an All India competitive exam followed by an interview. For deputation, candidates should hold a similar post or have 5 years of service in Level-7 or Level-8 in government/university/autonomous bodies, along with computer knowledge.
- System Analyst (Level-10):
- Applicants must have a B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Electronics with 5 years of programming experience in C/C++/Java and databases like MySQL/Oracle/PHP on Windows/Linux/Unix. Alternatively, M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. (CS)/MCA holders need 3 years of similar experience.
- Section Officer (Level-7):
- A Bachelor’s degree is required along with 3 years of experience as Assistant (Level-6) or 8 years as UDC (Level-4) in government/university/PSU or reputed private organizations. Candidates should have computer proficiency and drafting skills. Deputation candidates must hold a similar post or have 3 years of service in Level-6.
- Nursing Officer (Level-7):
- Candidates must have B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and be registered as RN or RN & RM with a State Nursing Council, along with 6 months of experience in a 50-bedded hospital. Alternatively, a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery with RN registration and 2.5 years of experience is acceptable.
- Assistant (Level-6):
- A Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience as UDC or equivalent in government/university/PSU/private sector (minimum turnover Rs. 200 Crores) is required. Candidates must have typing, computer, and drafting skills.
- Guest House Manager (Level-6):
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with 1 year of experience, or a Diploma with 2 years of experience, is required. Computer knowledge is essential.
- Junior Engineer (Level-6):
- Candidates should have a Degree in Engineering with 1 year of experience or a Diploma with 3 years of experience in relevant organizations such as CPWD/PWD/PSUs/private companies.
- Personal Assistant (Level-6):
