Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Manager (Finance):
- Graduate with CA or ICWA qualification and at least 12 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or large private organization, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role. Experience should cover financial accounting, costing, budgeting, taxation, audit, and coordination with banks/financial institutions. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Deputy Manager (Finance):
- Graduate with CA or ICWA and a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification executive experience in finance/accounts in a PSU or large private sector. Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Officer (Finance):
- Graduate with CA or ICWA along with at least 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in finance/accounts in a PSU or large private organization.
- Safety Officer:
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Fire Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant executive experience in safety roles within a PSU or large private industry. Candidates must also meet the prescribed physical and vision standards as per the notification.
- Engineer (Production):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with at least 3 years of executive experience in a PSU or large private chemical industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fertilizer or chemical sectors.
- Engineer (Mechanical):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of executive experience in mechanical maintenance in a PSU or large process industry. Experience in fertilizer or chemical industries is preferred.
- Engineer (Instrumentation):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication with at least 3 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance in a PSU or large process industry. Knowledge of DCS/PLC systems will be an added advantage.
- Engineer (Civil):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in areas such as RCC and steel structures, building and road maintenance, civil project execution, sanitary and fire water systems, and tendering in PSU or large private sector. Experience in fertilizer, chemical, or refinery sectors is preferred.
- Deputy Manager (HR):
- Full-time MBA or a 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Labour & Social Welfare with at least 8 years of post-qualification executive experience in HR in a PSU or large private organization. A Law degree is desirable.
- Officer (HR):
- Full-time MBA or a 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Labour & Social Welfare with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in HR in a PSU or large private organization. A Law degree will be an added advantage.
