Essential & Desirable Conditions
- Only candidates who possess the prescribed qualification with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA on or before the closing date of application are eligible.

Candidates who have appeared in the final semester/year examination between April–July of the current academic year and are awaiting results may apply, subject to submission of pass certificate with minimum 55% marks in all semesters at the time of joining.

| Candidates will be selected through a multi-stage selection process as outlined below: Stage 1 – Screening Test: A Written Test / Interview / Skill Test (online or offline) will be conducted, depending on the requirements of the respective post. Stage 2 – Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted from the screening stage will be called for verification of original documents. Stage 3 – Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying the screening test will be required to appear for a personal interview. The date, time, and venue for each stage will be notified online through the official recruitment portal of SAMEER: https://sameer.gov.in/recruitment The final selection will be made solely on the basis of performance in the interview, conducted at the venue mentioned in the admit card. Additional important points: Selection will be strictly on merit; merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for test or interview. Appearing in the screening test, document verification, or interview does not confer any right to selection or appointment. Appointment is subject to fulfilment of all eligibility conditions and satisfactory performance at every stage of the selection process. The panel of selected candidates will normally remain valid for one year from the date of interview/skill test, or as decided by the competent authority. Candidates must possess the prescribed relevant experience and produce documentary proof during verification. The closing date of application will be considered the crucial date for calculating experience. Experience gained before acquiring the essential qualification will not be counted. Candidates who have previously worked with SAMEER as Research Scientist / Project Engineer (PE) / Project Associate (PA) for an aggregate period of 5 years or more are not eligible to apply for PE/PA posts. |

| About SAMEER: SAMEER is a premier RF & Microwave R&D Laboratory under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. It has 5 centres across the country, with the current positions located at Mumbai/Navi-Mumbai. Posting & Appointment Details: Selected candidates may be assigned to any project site in India based on organizational requirements. Appointments are purely contractual for a period of two years or the duration of the project, whichever is shorter. These appointments do not confer any right for regularization, absorption, or continuation of service in SAMEER. Selected candidates cannot claim continuity of service or automatic extension of the contractual term. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the screening test and/or interview. Rights & Reservations: SAMEER reserves the right to accept or reject any candidature at any stage without providing reasons.
