- AGM (Mining) (M-7): Mining Eng. degree + 1st Class Mines Manager Cert (Coal), 12 yrs coal mining + 8 yrs post-cert.
- Manager (Mechanical) (M-5): Mechanical Eng./Mining Machinery degree, 7 yrs in repair & maintenance of HEMM in open-cast mines.
- Manager (Mining) (M-5) (Safety Officer): Mining Eng. + Mines Manager Cert, 7 yrs mining + 3 yrs post-cert, safety officer experience preferred.
- Manager (Mining) (M-5) (Blasting Officer): Mining Eng. + Mines Manager Cert, 7 yrs mining + 3 yrs post-cert, 2 yrs blasting officer exp. preferred.
- Manager (Mining) (M-5) (Production Manager): Mining Eng. + Mines Manager Cert, 7 yrs mining + 3 yrs post-cert, assistant manager exp. preferred.
- Jr. Manager (Survey) (M-2): 3-yr Diploma in Mining/Survey + Mines Surveyors Cert, 2 yrs surveying experience in open-cast coal mines.
