- Medical Superintendent:
- Medical qualification included in Schedule I or II, or Part-II of Schedule III of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) or MHA.
- 10 years’ experience in hospital administration after PG degree.
- Superintending Engineer:
- Officers from Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or R&D organizations holding analogous posts, OR
- Executive Engineers with 5 years regular service in grade pay Rs. 7600, OR
- Executive Engineers with 10 years regular service in grade pay Rs. 6600.
- Registrar:
- Graduate from a recognized university with 7 years’ administrative experience in supervisory roles or as a university/teaching staff.
- Desirable: Postgraduate degree.
- Nursing Superintendent:
- Officers from State/Central Governments or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts, OR
- Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years regular service in grade pay Rs. 5400.
- Assistant Administrative Officer:
- Officers from Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or R&D organizations holding analogous posts, OR
