Eligibility Criteria

- Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager
- Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with good track record
- Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience
- For Retired Bank Employees: Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank up to Chief Manager rank or Retired clerks of BOB with JAIIB and good track record.
- For Young Candidates: Minimum graduation with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet).
- All applicants must have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
- Candidates must be residents of the same or adjoining districts where vacancies are declared.
- Candidates must be proficient in local language (reading and writing).
- Must have accommodation near nodal branch within the district.
- Must be willing to visit villages for supervision and other activities.
