Citizenship: Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as per the Constitution of India.
Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: The candidate must have registered their names in any employment exchange of Assam.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class VIII. Applicants who have completed Higher Secondary (H.S.) or above are not eligible to apply for this post, as per the guidelines of District and Sessions Judge Chirang.

How To Check and Apply Chirang Court Recruitment 2026
- Candidates must submit the standard application form along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents, including educational certificates, experience certificate (if applicable), caste certificate, age proof, Employment Exchange Registration Card, NOC from current employer (if applicable), and two passport-size photographs signed on the reverse side.
- The envelope containing the application should be clearly superscribed in block letters as:
“APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON.” - Applicants should mention their mobile number and email ID in the application form, if available.
- Applications must be submitted in the drop box placed at the office of the District and Sessions Judge Chirang, Kajalgaon, or sent via Speed Post / ordinary postal service.
- The completed application must reach the office on or before 25 February 2026, by 5:00 PM.
