- Nurse
- Must have a Diploma in Nursing (DGNM) or B.Sc Nursing.
- Should possess a registered certificate from the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
- Pharmacist

- Should have completed D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council.
- Laboratory Technician Level-3
- Must have passed 12th standard.
- Should have completed a 1-year Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) course from an institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education.
- Must have good physical fitness, clear eyesight, and the ability to work outdoors.
- ICTC Counselor
- Should have a diploma or degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or Human Development, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HIV/AIDS.
- Candidates from communities affected by HIV/AIDS should have a diploma or degree in any field or a nursing diploma, with at least 1 year of experience in HIV/AIDS.
