Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: As per the latest NMC guidelines issued under Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-05072025-264399 dated 30.06.2025. Medical faculty must possess MBBS along with MD/MS/DNB or an equivalent postgraduate qualification, while non-medical faculty in Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology and Microbiology must have M.Sc with Ph.D.
- Essential Qualification: A relevant postgraduate degree in the concerned broad specialty, along with teaching and/or research experience as prescribed by NMC norms.
- Desirable Qualification: Not applicable, as requirements are strictly governed by NMC guidelines.
- Experience: Teaching and research experience shall be as per NMC regulations, with higher posts such as Associate Professor and Professor requiring the stipulated experience accordingly.

| The recruitment is purely on a contractual basis, and selected candidates will not have any right to claim regular or permanent appointment. Private practice of any kind is strictly prohibited during the period of engagement. ESIC reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify, or cancel the number of vacancies or the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. Accommodation/hostel facilities will not be provided to selected candidates. The contract may be terminated by either side with one month’s notice or as per ESIC rules. Selection will be made by the Selection Committee, and its decision will be final and binding. Appointment is subject to medical fitness and verification of original documents. Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility conditions before appearing for the interview; submission of false or incorrect information will result in cancellation of candidature. |
