Eligibility Criteria
- Infrastructure Engineering Experts (Water Supply & Sewerage) – Level I:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in water sourcing, planning, and management of water projects, including wastewater recycling and reuse, STP operations, water body restoration, and lake conservation. Experience in designing and restructuring transmission and distribution networks and operation & maintenance of urban water supply schemes/STPs/drainage systems is required.
- Infrastructure Engineering Experts (Roads, Buildings & Mobility) – Level I:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in traffic planning and road/drainage project management, including traffic surveys, road design, intersection design, traffic signaling, and pavement planning (rigid/flexible). Experience in planning and designing roads and drainage networks for megacities in India is essential.
- Infrastructure Engineering Experts (Horticulture) – Level I:
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture with a specialization in Horticulture, or B.Sc. (Horticulture), with at least 2 years’ experience in urban plantation projects, arboriculture, landscaping, floriculture, and bio-aesthetic planning in city environments.
- Geospatial Information Systems & Technology Experts – Level I:
- Survey: 1st class Graduate/Postgraduate in Remote Sensing/GIS/Geo-sensing, or B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT with PG Diploma in GIS. Minimum 2 years’ experience in field surveys using GPS/DGPS/ETS and establishing/operating CORS networks.
- Cadastral: Same qualifications as above with 2 years’ experience in cadastral surveys using GPS/DGPS/ETS or similar technologies.
- Software Development: Same qualifications with 2 years’ experience developing GIS-based applications, publishing GIS data, or performing business analytics on GIS datasets.
- Quality Assurance & Standardization: Same qualifications with 2 years’ experience in quality audits or standardization of GIS data published on portals.
- FMDA Plan 1: Same qualifications with 2 years’ experience in GIS database creation and planning support for urban development, infrastructure, mobility management, and environmental planning.
- Property & Land Record Management: Same qualifications with 2 years’ experience in GIS database creation, updating, and management of property records and land registration.
- Architectural Expert – Level I:
- Graduate in Architecture registered with the Council of Architecture, India. Minimum 2 years’ experience with proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, and preparing presentations in PowerPoint.
- Engineering Expert – Level I:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering with 2 years’ experience in surveying, building construction, and preparation of site plans.
- Geospatial Information Systems & Technology Experts – Level II:
- AI/ML: 1st class Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in CS, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, Geoinformatics, or Agricultural Science. Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI/ML/LLM application development and management.
- Infrastructure: 1st class Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IT, Electronics, or Geoinformatics. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing GIS servers, enterprise geodatabases, network infrastructure, storage systems, and GIS software environments in government, PSU, or large-scale enterprise setups.
- Transport Planning Expert – Level III:
- Postgraduate in Urban Planning with 10+ years of experience in implementing city mobility plans, transport strategies, and large-scale projects. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a government organization is required.
- Infrastructure Engineering Expert – Level III:
- Postgraduate in Transport/Highway/Urban Transport Engineering with 10+ years’ consulting experience in infrastructure projects, including elevated projects, EPC verification, and turnkey project execution in India. Minimum 5 years’ experience in government projects required.
- Information Technology Expert – Level III:
- Postgraduate in CS/IT with 10+ years’ experience in IT system design, development, implementation, cloud management, and senior-level management in government or large enterprises. Proficiency in modern programming languages is required.
