| General Information |
| Candidates are advised to carefully read the “Instructions” available on the Commission’s website https://gpsc.goa.gov.in before submitting their online application. If suitable candidates with knowledge of Konkani are not available, the Goa PSC may recommend otherwise eligible candidates. For Group ‘A’ posts in Professional Colleges and Consultants in the Directorate of Health Services, this requirement may be relaxed by the Government on the recommendation of the Commission. The prescribed Essential Qualifications (EQs) are minimum requirements. Possession of these qualifications does not automatically guarantee a call for the interview. If a large number of applications are received, the Commission will shortlist candidates for the interview as per the guidelines mentioned in the “Instructions.” Candidates must provide a valid email address and mobile number in the application form. All communications regarding the application will be sent to the provided email/mobile. Candidates are advised to regularly check their email, mobile, and the Commission’s website for updates and notices related to their application. In case of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English version of the advertisement, the English version will be considered final and authentic. For Tutor/Demonstrator posts, if suitable candidates are not available in the PwD category, an equal number of vacancies will remain unfilled in the Unreserved category. |
