HLL Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 out for 40 Posts
The HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL) has issued the Management Trainees Notification 2026 on 18 February 2026 under Advertisement No. HLL/HR/020/2026 at its official website. Through the HLL Management Trainees Recruitment 2026, a total of 40 vacancies have been announced.
Candidates holding full-time qualifications such as BE/B.Tech, B.Pharm, MBA, MSW, PGDBM, MIB, MPIB, PGDPM, MA, MHRM, B.Sc (Mathematics/Statistics), or a UG degree in Science with MBA (Hospital Management) with at least 65% aggregate marks (60% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) are eligible to apply. The upper age limit is 27 years as on 01 February 2026, with age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms.

Eligibility Criteria
- Management Trainee – Engineering:
- Candidates must have a full-time BE/B.Tech degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Information Technology, or Computer Science with at least 65% aggregate marks.
- Management Trainee – Pharma:
- Applicants should possess a full-time B.Pharm degree with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks.
- Management Trainee – Marketing:
- A full-time MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing, a 2-year PGDBM (Marketing) equivalent to MBA, MIB, or MPIB with at least 65% aggregate marks is required.
- Management Trainee – Human Resources:
- Candidates must hold a full-time MBA (HR), MSW (PM&IR), 2-year PGDPM (equivalent to MBA), MA (PM&IR), or MHRM with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks. An additional LLB qualification will be considered desirable.
- Management Trainee – Social Work:
- A full-time MSW in Medical and Psychiatry with at least 65% aggregate marks is required.
- Management Trainee – Data Analytics:
- Applicants should have a BE/B.Tech or B.Sc (Mathematics/Statistics) along with a full-time MBA in Data Analytics, securing a minimum of 65% aggregate marks.
- Management Trainee – Hospital Management:
- Candidates must possess a UG degree in Science along with a full-time MBA in Hospital Management with at least 65% aggregate marks.
