Eligibility Criteria
- MCA or B.Tech in IT / Computer Science from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification, with at least five years of experience in Central/State Government services, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or Registered Private Sector Undertakings.
- Postgraduate Degree in Panchakarma, Shalya, Kayachikitsa, or Shalakya Tantra awarded or recognized by any University in Kerala.
- Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 50% marks from any University in Kerala, or a qualification recognized as equivalent by a Kerala University in the respective subject.
- B.Ed from a recognized institution.
- MCA / B.Tech IT / B.Tech Computer Science from a recognized university or equivalent.
- S.S.L.C or an equivalent qualification.

| If a Written / O.M.R. / Online Test is part of the selection process, candidates must submit a confirmation to appear for the examination through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile. Only candidates who submit this confirmation will be able to generate and download their Admission Tickets during the last 15 days leading up to the test date. Applications of candidates who fail to submit the confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected outright. The dates for submitting confirmation and the availability of Admission Tickets will be mentioned in the Examination Programme. Candidates will be informed via their OTR profile and the mobile numbers registered in it. Only candidates who have downloaded their Admission Ticket will be allowed to appear for the examination. |
| General Information |
| In case of a discrepancy in the caste/community claimed in the application and that recorded in the SSLC certificate, the candidate must produce a gazette notification regarding the change, along with a Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate, at the time of Certificate Verification. Candidates are advised to carefully read and understand the instructions provided in Part II – General Conditions of the notification before submitting their application. Applications not submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the General Conditions are liable to be rejected. Disciplinary action will be taken under Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure, 1976, against candidates who make bogus claims regarding qualifications, educational credentials, experience, etc. Such candidates may face: Disqualification from consideration for the post Debarment from applying to the Commission permanently or for a specified period Invalidation of answer scripts or practical test submissions Criminal or other legal proceedings Removal or dismissal from office, if already appointed Or any combination of the above actions |
How to Apply
Step 1: Application Fee
- Candidates must complete “One Time Registration (OTR)” on the official Kerala PSC website www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for any post.
- Registered candidates can log in to their profile using their User ID and password and click the “Apply Now” button under the relevant post in the notification link to submit their application.
- Candidates creating a new profile must upload a recent passport-size photograph, taken within the last 6 months from the date of registration.
- The name of the candidate and the date of the photograph must be legibly printed at the bottom of the photograph.
- Once uploaded and meeting all requirements, the photograph will remain valid for 10 years from the date it was taken.
- All other instructions regarding photograph uploading remain unchanged.
- No application fee is required for this registration.
- Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their personal information and the security of their password.
- Before final submission of the application, candidates must verify all information in their profile to ensure it is correct and complete.
