  • Candidates belonging to GENERAL (UR) / EWS / OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer) must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 590/- (including GST).
  • SC / ST / PwBD / EXS / MOIL employees are exempted from paying the application fee.
  • The application fee must be paid online only; no other mode of payment will be accepted.
  • MOIL will not be responsible if the fee is deposited in a wrong account.
  • The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore advised to carefully verify their eligibility before applying.

MOIL Recruitment 2026 out for 67 Posts: Mode Of Selection 
Admission to the Computer-Based Online Test (CBT) will be purely provisional. Candidature is subject to verification of details and documents at the time of interview (if shortlisted) or at any stage of the recruitment process/appointment.
Duration of CBT: 90 minutes (single sitting) consisting of Objective Type Questions (MCQs) totaling 85 marks, divided as follows:
Segment I (General Knowledge, Reasoning & General English): 30 marks (10 + 10 + 10)
Segment II (Subject Knowledge): 55 marks
The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English. In case of any discrepancy in the Hindi version, the English version shall be considered final and valid.
Candidates must appear for the CBT at their own expense. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview based on merit in the ratio of 1:6 (6 candidates per vacancy) in each category, considering reservation provisions for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/EWS.
Personal Interview: 15 marks
Final Merit: Prepared based on consolidated marks of the CBT and Personal Interview.
