Eligibility Criteria
1. Administrative Assistant
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.), Arts (B.A.), Commerce (B.Com.), or Computer Applications (BCA) from a recognized institute (regular full-time course).
- Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in administrative or secretarial work, such as admin assistant, office secretary, or personal assistant.
- Skills:
- Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web browsing.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
2. Senior Consultant – Healthcare Financing
- Educational Qualification:
- Undergraduate: MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, B.Sc. Nursing, Economics, Mathematics, or Commerce
- Postgraduate: MD (Community Medicine), Master’s (Public Health / Health Economics / Health Financing / Public Policy), M.Phil. in Economics, or PhD in Economics
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in healthcare financing.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research; knowledge of statistical packages is desirable.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team with strategic thinking and leadership qualities.

3. Senior Consultant – Administration
