Eligibility Criteria
- General Manager (Finance):
- Candidates must hold a Degree and have cleared the final examination of Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA). A minimum of 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing industry is required, preferably in the Dairy sector, Food Processing, Cooperative sector, or Government PSU, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- General Manager (Marketing):
- Applicants should possess a B.Tech/BE (Engineering), B.Tech in Dairy/Food Technology, a Degree in Business Administration, or a Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, preferably with an MBA in Marketing or PGDRM. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience is required, with at least 3 years in a managerial position in the Food or Dairy sector.
- Deputy General Manager (Dairy Operations):
- A full-time B.Tech in Dairy Technology or Food Technology from a recognized Institute/University is essential. A full-time 2-year MBA in Production or Operations Management is desirable. Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in a Milk Federation, Milk Union, or Milk Producer Company, including a minimum of 3 years managing a medium-sized automated dairy processing unit.
- Manager (HR):
- Applicants must be Graduates with a good academic record. A Postgraduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or MBA (HR) is desirable. A Degree in Law/Labour Law and exposure to SAP/ERP systems will be considered an added advantage. Candidates should have at least 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, with the last 3 years in a managerial role in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.
- Deputy Manager (Cattle Feed Plant):
- Candidates should have a B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering, or a Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field with an MBA in Operations/Production Management. A minimum of 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing, production, and operations of a Cattle Feed Plant is required. Experience in managing a Cattle Feed Plant is desirable.
- Deputy Manager (Quality Control):
- Applicants must be Graduates or Postgraduates in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Dairy Chemistry, or Dairy Microbiology from a recognized Institute/University. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in the Dairy or Food Industry is required, including at least 3 years in Quality Control, FSSAI compliance, or Quality Assurance in a reputed dairy. Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is desirable.
- Junior Assistant (Laboratory):
- Candidates should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Dairy Chemistry, or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology from a recognized Institute/University. A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is preferred. Experience in the Dairy/Food Industry will be given preference, though freshers are also eligible to apply.
- Junior Assistant (P&I):
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (+3 Arts/Science/Commerce) or equivalent from a recognized university. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and data entry is mandatory. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write Odia fluently and should have passed Odia at the H.S.C. level or equivalent.
