| General Information |
| The engagement will be purely contractual, and the selected candidates will have no right, implicit or explicit, for absorption or regularization in Prasar Bharati. The selected person will be engaged on a full-time basis and is not permitted to take up any other assignment during the contractual period. Contractual employees may be assigned additional tasks beyond their primary responsibilities. The initial period of engagement will be two years, with annual appraisals. Extension will depend on organizational requirements and performance. The contract may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu of notice, without providing any reason. No pensionary benefits will be provided under this contractual engagement. Prasar Bharati reserves the right to conduct tests and/or interviews for shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview. Remuneration may be negotiated for suitable candidates at the sole discretion of Prasar Bharati, based on last drawn salary, experience, and potential. The organization reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies depending on its requirements. Candidates must upload complete and clear copies of all requested documents; incomplete submissions will lead to rejection without any intimation.
