Qualifications: Regular and full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering / Regular and full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Technology/ Regular and full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Petrochemical Engineering / Regular and full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Petrochemical Technology.
Essential qualifications: All above qualification are to be from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution
Desirable: Regular and full time Dual / Integrated Degrees in Chemical Engineering /Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Engineering / Petrochemical Technology are to be from UGC / AICTE approved Institution.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Fertilizer industry having Ammonia or Ammonia plant(s) integrated with urea plant(s). Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of Ammonia Plant.

RCFL Manager and SE Recruitment 2026 Out : Fee Structure

Non – refundable application fee of ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) are required to be paid by General, OBC(NCL) and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of online application form.
SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category are not required to pay any application fee.

RCFL Manager and SE Recruitment 2026 Out: Mode Of Selection

Applications received within the prescribed date and time with requisite fee will be scrutinized by the scrutiny committee of the Institute.
Candidates found eligible after scrutiny will ONLY be called for personal interview by the Standing Selection Committee (SSC) of the Institute.
Mere fulfilling eligibility criteria does not confer the right to be called for interview or selection; eligibility will be decided based on duration and nature of experience, patient care, teaching/training, research, number and quality of publications, publication metrics, and administrative experience.
If the number of applicants is large, the Selection Committee may devise additional criteria and procedure for shortlisting, including holding a written examination if necessary.
Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, subject to verification of all requirements and documents; otherwise, they will not be allowed to appear for interview.
Interview schedule will be published on the official website of AIIMS Bilaspur.
Candidates called for interview must make a presentation on their work/achievements (maximum 05 minutes) in Microsoft PowerPoint as per prescribed proforma, to be submitted in a Pen Drive with the application and updated if required.
Candidates must appear personally and physically before the Selection Committee; no online interview through electronic media (e.g., Skype, Viber) will be allowed.
The decision of the competent authority regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained.
Selected candidates will be issued appointment letters subject to being declared medically fit by the Medical Board of the Institute and verification of documents, declarations, and antecedents.

RCFL Manager and SE Recruitment 2026 Out : General Information

AIIMS Bilaspur reserves the right to increase or decrease or not to fill up any post(s)/vacancy and to amend, cancel, or change the advertisement wholly or partly without assigning any reason or notice.
Reservation of posts for SC and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, along with applicable relaxations, will be provided strictly in accordance with DPE guidelines. Once a candidate selects and submits a category (SC/OBC-NCL), it cannot be changed later, and no benefit of any other category will be allowed at a subsequent stage.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS categories may be considered against Unreserved (UR) posts on the basis of general merit, provided they do not avail any relaxation in age, qualification, or other criteria applicable to reserved categories.
To claim reservation or relaxation, candidates must submit a valid caste certificate in the prescribed Government of India format, issued by the competent authority, at the time of interview. If the certificate is issued in a language other than English or Rajbhasha (Hindi), a self-attested translated copy in English or Hindi must also be submitted.
Candidates belonging to the OBC category but falling under the creamy layer are not eligible for OBC reservation benefits. Such candidates may apply under the General (UR) category, provided they meet the age criteria applicable to General category candidates and clearly indicate their category as General.
As Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCFL) is a Central Public Sector Undertaking, only those communities listed in the Central OBC list notified by the Government of India will be considered eligible for OBC reservation. For claiming OBC (NCL) benefits, candidates must submit a latest caste certificate issued on or after 01 April 2025, in the prescribed Government of India format, clearly stating that the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer, along with a self-declaration at the time of document verification.
For EWS category candidates, only an Income and Asset Certificate issued on or after 01 April 2025 will be accepted as valid proof for claiming EWS reservation benefits.

Step 1: Application Fee

Candidates must apply online by entering details related to age, date of birth, educational qualifications, marks, year of passing, institute/university, and work experience. Scanned copies of supporting documents, along with a recent photograph and signature, must be uploaded on the online portal. Applications without the required uploads will not be accepted.

A processing fee of ₹1000/- is applicable for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Female candidates are exempted from fee payment. Applicants should keep all relevant documents, caste details (if applicable), and qualification mark percentages ready before filling the form. The fee can be paid online via internet banking, credit card, or debit card, along with applicable bank charges and GST.
