Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)
- L.L.B. (Professional) – First class with minimum 60% marks in the bachelor’s degree in law
- Note: For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 50% marks in the L.L.B. degree is required.
- L.L.M. from a recognized institute/university
All candidates must have basic computer proficiency.
Experience
Candidates should have any one of the following experiences:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a government undertaking, industrial undertaking, or financial institution in a responsible position, or
- 3 years of practice at the Bar, or
- No experience is required (for freshers meeting the qualification criteria).

| Eligibility & Document Requirements Candidates must meet basic eligibility criteria (category, nationality, age, education, etc.) and produce original documents along with a photocopy for verification. No change of category is allowed after online application submission; results will be processed based on the category indicated. Simply applying, appearing, or being shortlisted does not guarantee employment. Candidates must register online and will be called for document verification at RFC HO, Jaipur after being shortlisted. Candidates must be Indian citizens. Age & Reservation Rules Upper age relaxation is applicable only for bonafide Rajasthan residents; candidates from outside Rajasthan are treated as general category. Age relaxation certificates must be submitted during document verification as per Rajasthan Government rules. Legal & Health Requirements Candidates must be medically fit and free from defects likely to affect job performance. Candidates with convictions against women, or married before minimum legal age, or accepting dowry, or having more than two children (with exceptions) are not eligible. Candidates must maintain a healthy credit history; defaults on loans or credit cards may lead to cancellation of appointment. Workplace & Job Posting Candidates must be willing to work at any branch or department of RFC as directed. Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script is required. Educational Requirements & Marks Calculation Only degrees from recognized universities/institutions are valid; results must be declared on or before 01/12/2025. Candidates must indicate percentage up to two decimal places; CGPA/OGPA must be converted to percentage. Percentage is calculated as: Total Marks Obtained in all subjects / Total Maximum Marks in all subjects×100 Fractions below a whole number are ignored (e.g., 59.99% = 59%, 49.99% = 49%). Application Rules Only one application per candidate is allowed; multiple applications will result in forfeiture of earlier application fees. Examination Details Objective Test: Penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer; no penalty for unanswered questions. Descriptive Test: 30 minutes, 50 marks (Letter Writing & Essay in English). Only candidates who qualify in the Objective Test will have their Descriptive Test evaluated. RFC reserves the right to modify exam structure; updates will be on the official website. Examination Instructions Candidates must bring: Valid call letter for the specific date/session. Original photo ID proof matching the call letter/application. Photocopy of the photo ID. Late arrivals will not be allowed. Report at least before start time; exam duration ~3 hours, total presence may be ~4 hours. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not valid ID proofs. The exam venue and centers are fixed; no request for change will be entertained. |
