| A fixed monthly remuneration will be paid, calculated as Last Pay Drawn minus Basic Pension at the time of retirement. Any commuted portion of pension will also be included while calculating deductions. The remuneration will remain fixed throughout the contract period. No annual increment, DA, or percentage increase will be applicable. Income Tax and other applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per prevailing rules, and TDS certificates will be issued by SAI. No TA/DA will be admissible for joining or completion of the assignment. Other benefits such as accommodation, DA, HRA, LTC, medical reimbursement, residential phone, or personal staff will not be provided. A transport allowance of ₹10,800 per month will be paid during the contract period, which will remain unchanged. Performance of the candidate will be periodically reviewed, and extension of the contract will depend on performance and organizational requirements. The candidate will be entitled to 1.5 days of leave per month, totaling 18 days per year. Absence beyond this limit will lead to deduction of remuneration. Unused leave will lapse at year-end and cannot be carried forward. Confidentiality & Conduct During the contract period, the candidate may have access to confidential information, including athlete data, performance analysis, financial records, strategies, and trade secrets. Such information must not be disclosed without authorization. Publishing books, articles, broadcasts, or contributing to media using information obtained during this assignment requires prior written approval of the Competent Authority. The employee will be governed by the Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923 and CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964. The selected candidate must maintain office discipline and decorum and shall not take up any other assignment during the contract period. At no point shall the candidate represent or provide opinions that are against the interests of SAI or the Government of India. Termination & Notice If performance is unsatisfactory, services may be terminated with 15 days’ notice. If the candidate wishes to resign, 30 days’ notice or one month’s remuneration in lieu thereof is required, subject to approval. In cases of misconduct, negligence, or violation of contract terms, services may be terminated immediately without notice. Selection & Legal Provisions Applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted based on experience and job requirements. Eligible candidates will be called for interviews at their own cost. Meeting eligibility conditions does not guarantee an interview call. Candidature at all stages will be purely provisional, subject to document verification. If any discrepancy is found, candidature will be cancelled at any stage. The appointment is purely contractual and does not confer any right to permanent employment in SAI. A panel valid for one year may be prepared and utilized across SAI or Government of India-funded schemes. SAI reserves the right to cancel the panel at any time. SAI reserves the right to modify, cancel, restrict, or alter the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. Decisions of SAI and DG, SAI shall be final and binding. Any legal dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only. Further updates, corrigenda, or notices will be published only on the official SAI website. In case of any discrepancy, the English version of the notification will be treated as final. General Instructions Applications not in the prescribed format or incomplete will be rejected outright.
