- Specialist Engineer (L-3):
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA, 8 years experience (5 years relevant), Networking/System/Security certifications like CCNP/JNCP/RHCA/MCSE/CISA etc. required.
- Portal Administrator Engineer (L-2):
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA, 5 years experience (4 years in web portal management), software development/deployment certification required.
- Network & Monitoring Engineer (L-2):
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA, 5 years experience (4 years relevant), CCNA/JNCA required, flexible for 24×7 roster.
- Helpdesk Engineer:
- Science Graduate/BCA, 3 years IT experience (2 years Helpdesk/NMS), ITIL V4 required, flexible for shifts.
- Video Conferencing Coordinator:
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA, 5 years experience (4 years in video conferencing), CCNA/JNCA required.
- Store In-Charge:
