  • Applies to: Secondary Grade Teachers, BRTEs, and Special Education Teachers (IEDSS).
  • In-service teachers in aided or unaided schools are eligible if they meet NCTE norms.
Paper 2 (Classes 6–8)

Subject-specific requirements: Graduation in relevant subject for Mathematics/Science or Social Science teachers.

Qualifications: Graduation in the relevant subject plus B.Ed. or equivalent, as per Tamil Nadu School Educational Subordinate Services rules.
