Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications from a University / Institute recognized or approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies:
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- B.E. / B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electronics
- MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, MCA, M.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Big Data Analytics, or M.Sc. Data Science with minimum 60% aggregate marks across all semesters/years
- Full-time 2-year MBA or PGDM with specialization in Finance / International Business / Trade Finance from institutions recognized or approved by AICTE / UGC or other government bodies, with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade

| Selection Process The selection process may include an Online Written Examination and/or Screening, Group Discussion, Interview, or any other method as decided by the Bank. A Screening Committee constituted by the Bank will assess applications to ensure that candidates meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Shortlisting will be purely provisional and will be done without verification of documents at this stage. Candidates will be shortlisted in adequate numbers, as determined by the Bank, based on their eligibility, educational qualifications, and relevant experience (where applicable). The qualifying marks for the Online Written Examination, Interview, or any other stage of the selection process will be decided by the Bank. The final merit list will be prepared in descending order of marks obtained in the Online Written Examination and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview, or Interview only, as applicable. |

| General Instructions & Important Conditions Before applying, candidates must ensure that they fulfil all eligibility criteria and other conditions specified in this advertisement. The Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, or change the eligibility criteria and/or any terms and conditions mentioned in the notification at any stage. Candidates are advised to keep their registered e-mail ID active for receiving important communications from the Bank. Candidates seeking OBC reservation must submit a self-declaration in the prescribed format stating that they belong to the Non-Creamy Layer. EWS candidates must produce the Income & Asset Certificate, issued on the basis of gross annual income for the Financial Year 2024–25, at the time of verification. Candidates applying under the Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) category must submit a disability certificate in the prescribed format issued by the competent authority. Candidates eligible for age relaxation under the specified clause must produce a certificate issued by the District Magistrate. Ex-Servicemen candidates must submit copies of the Service/Discharge Book, Pension Payment Order, and documentary proof of rank last or currently held. The Bank’s decision regarding eligibility, scrutiny of applications, acceptance or rejection of applications, mode of selection, documents required, cancellation of recruitment (in part or full), and all other recruitment-related matters shall be final and binding. Filling up of the advertised posts is solely at the discretion of the Bank, and no claim for appointment shall arise if the posts are not filled due to unsuitability or an insufficient number of candidates. Candidates shall appear for the examination/interview at their own risk and expense. The Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage of any nature. Requests for change of contact number, address, e-mail ID, or examination/interview centre will not be entertained. Only one application should be submitted by a candidate. Multiple applications may lead to disqualification. Candidates are advised to retain approximately eight copies of the photograph uploaded during online registration for use at later stages of the selection process. At the time of interview or joining, candidates must disclose details of any criminal cases pending, if applicable. Posting, placement, and utilization of selected candidates shall be at the sole discretion of the Bank. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version of the notification shall prevail. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to medical fitness as per the Bank’s prescribed standards. Candidates employed in Government / Quasi-Government organizations / PSUs / Nationalised Banks / Financial Institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of interview. Any dispute arising out of or related to the recruitment process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Kolkata. Candidates who have defaulted in repayment of loans or credit card dues with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution and have not regularized the same up to the date of issuance of appointment letter shall not be eligible for appointment. The Bank reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in full or in part at any stage without assigning any reason. |
