Eligibility Criteria
- 1. Educational Qualification
- According to the Uttar Pradesh Bheshajik Seva Niyamavali, 1980 (Part-4, Rule-8), candidates must hold a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. Additionally, they must be registered with the State Pharmacy Council, Uttar Pradesh to be eligible for the UPSSSC Pharmacist posts.
- 2. Preferred Qualification (Adhimani Arhata)
- As per Rule-9 of the Uttar Pradesh Bheshajik Seva Niyamavali, 1980, preference will be given to candidates who have completed at least two years of service in the Territorial Army or those who possess the NCC ‘B’ Certificate.

- Upload Photo and Signature (auto-fetched from PET-2025 registration — no changes allowed).
- Fill in Other Details (additional qualifications if any, permanent and correspondence address).
- Read the Declaration carefully, select all checkboxes and click Save and Submit.
- Pay the application fee online (₹25) via Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI or SBI e-Challan.
- After successful fee payment and reconciliation, your application form will be auto-submitted. Download and print the application form for future reference.
